MTO Finance

Role Summary

The incumbent should be a finance professional, preferably a fresh graduate, and may be familiar with basic tax, accounting, and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day finance operations.
  • Reconciliation of accounts.
  • Ensure tax and regulatory compliance per the Line Manager’s guidance.
  • Supporting the month-end close activities.
  • Implement strong contract management and documentation within the finance function.
  • Perform other duties within the same capacity as assigned.

Job Specifications

  • MBA/ BBA Finance.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets to create basic-level reporting.
  • Good listener with the ability to critically evaluate a business case
  • Team player with time management skills to meet deadlines

KPIs:

  • Recording Financial transactions.
  • Assist in preparing vendor payments and ensuring compliance with local taxes.
  • Coordination with the vendors for account reconciliation and other ancillary matters.
  • Timely filing of all financial documents in an organized manner, both hard and soft.
