Talent Acquisition & Engagement Partner

Role Summary

The “Talent Acquisition & Engagement Partner” shall be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and shortlisting the top talent for all the vacant positions in the organization. The incumbent is also required to implement engagement initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing.
  • Check the job requisition request and conduct intake meetings with the concerned Line Manager/ HOD to ensure compliance with the talent acquisition procedure.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels for all positions (International and Local), such as social media, job portals, online channels, and networking groups to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates against vacant positions and maintain a backup for all positions.
  • Create, execute, and oversee the employee engagement calendar, ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines.
  • Work on new initiatives that add value to the organization’s culture.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry-wide best HR practices.
  • Any other task assigned by the line manager.

Job Specifications

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and selection methodologies.
  • Must be good at cross-cultural communication and coordination.
