We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, planning, and analysis, and will play a key role in driving our financial strategy and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization.
The MTO Network Operations (SMS & VOIP) is responsible for 24x7 NMS, Ticket management & all communications with Global Telecom client NOCs and Messaging Business Units.
This role will involve monitoring network operations, planning and implementing network configurations, troubleshooting network issues, maintaining network security and managing a team of NOC executives with a focus on achieving target SLAs and operational goals. In this role the candidate will ensure process designing and continual improvement within the NOC including but not limited to automation of NOC tasks and reporting, implementation of enterprise-wide monitoring initiatives, and routine administration tasks, timely resolution of client issues and adherence to SLAs.
Executive - NOC is responsible for monitoring and supporting managed network elements and services using real time monitoring tools while ensuring service level goals. Moreover, Problem identification, ticketing, and basic troubleshooting of network systems, specifically focused on A2P messaging platform. This position requires a 24/7 operation and may include varied start times and days off.
Passionate “Corporate sales manager” is required to build and maintain positive relationship with high-value accounts. The ideal incumbent shall be the high-performing individual who shall devise a practical plan and right channel strategy for customer acquisition and ensuring revenue growth. Clients visits and proposal meetings with customers shall be mandatory to achieve targets. The incumbent shall be responsible for maximizing sales, crafting sales plans and presenting those plans to the HOD.
