DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer development, sales lead generation and revenue growth
- Follow the route to capture each market segment
- Identification of tier wise opportunity in market – tapping each tier to generate sales leads
- Relationship management and retention of customers
- Follow route to market strategy and designated route
- Drive sales through KPI’s management – build a performance driven sales culture
- Categorization of potential customer, customer segmentation and building relationships with every account
- Credit management and risk minimization keeping in view potential of respective account
- Effective utilization of sales tools for maximizing sales and achieving targets
- Engaging himself to capture on job market data / client information as a part of sales process
- Periodic market research and competition analysis
- Ensure data integrity with respect to customer and market.
- Delivery of monthly sales volume and KPI

KEY SKILLS:
- Must have on ground sales experience of twin cities market
- Must have strong market relations
- Must know how to use sales app in mobile device
- Ability to develop and manage market network
- Should have strong negotiation & communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with the market
