Process Management Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Process Management Specialist to oversee and optimize business processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and drive operational excellence.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate process transformation initiatives
  • Analyze current processes and workflows, identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement, and develop strategies for process improvement
  • Help in co-creating, updating, and maintaining the SOPs of the departments and ensuring consistency across the company
  • Identify opportunities for leaning the process by removing the wastage to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Assess process risks, implement control measures, and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Educate employees on new processes and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business
  • 3-5 years in process improvement, process management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Project Management Skills
