The incumbent should be a finance professional, preferably a fresh graduate, and may be familiar with basic tax, accounting, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
Duties And Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day finance operations.
Reconciliation of accounts.
Ensure tax and regulatory compliance per the Line Manager’s guidance.
Supporting the month-end close activities.
Implement strong contract management and documentation within the finance function.
Perform other duties within the same capacity as assigned.
Job Specifications
MBA/ BBA Finance.
Familiarity with spreadsheets to create basic-level reporting.
Good listener with the ability to critically evaluate a business case
Team player with time management skills to meet deadlines
KPIs:
Recording Financial transactions.
Assist in preparing vendor payments and ensuring compliance with local taxes.
Coordination with the vendors for account reconciliation and other ancillary matters.
Timely filing of all financial documents in an organized manner, both hard and soft.
